13 So Boaz rtook Ruth and she became his wife; and when he went in to her, sthe Lord gave her conception, and she bore a son. 14 Then tthe women said to Naomi, “Blessed be the Lord, who has not left you this day without a 6close relative; and may his name be famous in Israel!

Ruth 4:13–14 — The New International Version (NIV)

13 So Boaz took Ruth and she became his wife. When he made love to her, the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son. 14 The women said to Naomi: “Praise be to the Lord, who this day has not left you without a guardian-redeemer. May he become famous throughout Israel!
